have been available to rent since October 2020 in the heart of the wonderful
Tegernsee Schliersee alpine region, in a central location south of Munich.
We
have customised our new boarding house near Munich to meet today’s
requirements:
depending on your reason for travelling and your preferences,
you can choose your temporary home from three categories of different sizes. All
32 serviced apartments offer high-quality furnishings, an attractive design and
an excellent Internet connection. You can also add on various additional
services, ranging from the laundry service to a round of squash.

Yet the Leo apartment building is located in the Oberland area, and feels an attachment to the traditions and particular features of this scenically beautiful region. So Leo offers a cosy courtyard for meeting up with people, and the architecture we have selected emphasizes this regional connection: the buildings are constructed entirely of regional timber, and offer a modern interpretation of the alpine style. In addition to the natural building materials, Leo also attaches great value to other aspects of sustainability: the heat is produced using climate-friendly wood pellets, and the electric power comes from our own solar installation on the roof.

boarding house is also linked to the nearby 5,000 m² clever fit fitness studio,
where Leo guests can work out and do sports daily, and the use of this is even
included in the rental price.
There are plenty of parking spaces, to
enable guests to reach professional and private destinations in the area around
Munich quickly by car. The Bayerische Oberlandbahn trains run hourly to the main
railway station in Munich, with the journey taking 45 minutes.
